Scope

The National Center of Scientific and Technological Research in Naturopathy (CNIN) acts as a regulatory entity for scientists, aiding in the development of scientific articles and subsequent publications, and is currently finalizing the largest Naturopathic database in Europe which includes products, articles, active ingredients and therapies related with naturopathic medicine. Responsible for competent collective research, CNIN is the only national organization that issues a license accrediting professional scientific research allowing for collaboration with CNIN and other entities.  CNIN is creating a network of scientists who research, publish and collaborate within their field.

A department for the evaluation of active pharmaceutical ingredients is also being created to grant the CNN (Naturopathic National Code) for those products that are used for naturopathic treatment, but not governed by the regulation of drugs.  Furthermore, the quality of various new techniques and applications may be certified for Spain and foreign countries (who seek to enter our market) understanding that such control will be mandatory for medium-term objectives.
