Creating a center that is viable for a long-term period entails an investment that cannot be confronted easily. It is also true that organizations of which the product is intangible (knowledge) do not need an important amount of resources, especially because many activities can be outsourced. However, in order to minimize the risks, we have implemented an adequate economic and financial structure.
The CNIN generates sufficient resources for its activity, and all the profits are re-invested in order to grow and guarantee its sustainability.
The profits of CNIN are not a goal in itself, but only as a means, albeit an important one, to fulfill its objectives.
The economic and financial setting is thus a key element for the sustainability of our organization and viability of our activities. It is also extremely important for the CNIN to create maximum possible collaboration with various partners, either through collaboration agreements, networking, etc. We must build trust to establish such relationships and therefore insist on the need to continue working with mechanisms of transparency and accountability that allow building relationships based on trust with all stakeholders engaged in the organization.
When talking about economic and financial relations, accountability is key to building such confidence and we intend to be a completely transparent and reliable entity. Only then will we get the social support necessary to consolidate this center and achieve its objectives.
